How do I book?

Bookings are taken through LINE or WeChat. The salon works by appointment only, so we are not able to take walk-ins.

What should I include when I book?

• Your name
• Whether you need an existing set removed
• The design you would like
• Whether you have had a lash perm in the last three months
• If you have a reference photo, please send it with your message.

Can I cancel or change my appointment?

• Please contact us by 20:00 two days before your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
• A cancellation the day before is charged at 50% of the booked menu price.
• A same-day cancellation, or not arriving without telling us, is charged at 100% of the booked menu price.
• From two days before, you cannot cancel the booking yourself, so please contact the salon directly.
• The salon is one-to-one and by appointment only, so the number of guests we can see in a day is limited. That is the reason for this policy.
• If missed appointments or last-minute cancellations happen repeatedly, we may not be able to accept further bookings.

What if I am running late?

Please let us know in advance. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, there may not be enough time to finish the design you asked for. Depending on the day's bookings, we will do as much as the remaining time allows.

What happens on the day?

• Consultation
• Checking your eye shape, bone structure and natural lashes
• A design proposal
• The treatment
• Checking the finished set and explaining home care

How long does a first visit take?

A first visit takes about two hours, including the consultation.

Is there anything to avoid before I come?

Please come with as little eye makeup as possible, and without using a lash curler or mascara. Mascara in particular affects both the treatment and how long the set lasts.

Can I come with extensions from another salon?

Yes, you are welcome to come as you are. Depending on the condition and the design of the remaining extensions, we may recommend removing them first so the new set finishes cleanly.

Do you do a patch test? I am worried about allergies.

We do not offer a patch test. If you have had an allergic reaction to extensions or glue in the past, we may decline the treatment for your safety.

How long does a set last?

It varies from person to person, but around three to four weeks is the guide. Your own lash cycle, your daily habits and your home care all move it.

When should I come back for a refill?

Around three to four weeks is the guide, and we will talk it through based on how much has come away and how far the design has moved. Because the finish and the balance matter to us, we check the condition of your lashes before advising you.

Is there anything to avoid right after the treatment?

• Keep water off your eyes for four to five hours after the treatment, and take care in strong wind.
• Wait 30 minutes to an hour before putting on eye makeup.
• Avoid a sauna for 24 hours. Extensions come away more easily at high temperatures, so please also avoid a hot spring on the day.

How do I look after them at home?

• Use a water-based cleanser where you can. When you take off eye makeup, wipe the upper lid first and the lower lid next, and use a cotton bud with cleansing water near the roots of the extensions.
• Use an oil-free face wash where you can. Oil that reaches the extensions makes them come away sooner.
• Do not rub your lashes when you wash your face. Wash gently and sideways, with your fingers over the eyelid.
• Do not let the shower hit your eyes directly. Strong water pressure bends the lashes and pulls them out early.
• After washing, blot the water off your lashes with a paper towel. Drying them gently with a hairdryer on cool air is also fine.
• Avoid rubbing your eyes hard, or anything else that strains the lashes. Oil cleansers and friction both shorten how long the set lasts.
• Please do not remove the extensions yourself or pull your lashes out. It can damage the roots of your own lashes.
• To tidy the bundles, a coating product worked mainly through the longer bundles is what we recommend.

How can I pay?

We accept cash only.

Is there parking or bicycle parking?

The salon has no parking or bicycle parking of its own. Please use one of the pay-and-display car parks nearby.

Can I bring a child or someone with me?

We ask that you come without children, and companions are generally not able to wait in the salon.

Do you take male clients?

The salon sees female clients only.
